One-of-a-kind training to take your business to the
NEXT LEVEL
No matter where you’re at now
Q: What do I need to bring to the training?
A: Just bring yourself! We will provide a binder, notepad, itinerary, example reports, pencils, name tag as well as a carrying tote bag.
.
Q: Can I record the training?
A: No. Video and voice recording devices are not allowed. We will record the training and provide you with access after the event.
.
Q: Can I bring a guest/spouse to the dinners or the training.
A: Yes you can! For an additional fee you may bring a guest, spouse or office assistant to the trainings and to attend all event functions. Or a separate fee is set-up for those guests who would just like to attend the dinners. Please email us about this option if you have not already done so.
.
Q: What food will be provided?
A: A casual, sit-down lunch will be provided in the Il Fornaio restaurant on Monday and Tuesday of the training. Water and coffee will be available throughout the day and light snack available in the afternoon in the training room.
An informal dinner is also included Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
.
Q: What is the dress attire?
A: Wear whatever you’ll feel comfortable in. Ron will be teaching in jeans (and attending the dinners in jeans as well). You may want to bring layers as the mornings and evenings can get chilly in Carmel.
.
Q: Who should I contact if I get lost?
A: Please call Lacey’s cell phone at 914-500-3763
If she can’t be reached, call The Pine Inn for directions: 831-624-3851

.
Q: How do I get to Carmel (flights & directions)?
A: Please click here to view airports and directions on this page.
.
Q: Where do I park?
A: Most of downtown Carmel is located within 5 square blocks. You will likely not need a car once you get here. Parking in most of the downtown area is limited to 2 hours.
If you’re staying at The Pine Inn, hotel guests can obtain a parking permit to park in their lot which has enough spaces for 1/2 their guests. They typically have plenty of parking spots for guests early in the week.
If you’re not staying at The Pine your hotel will likely be in walking distance to The Pine and we would recommend walking to The Pine for the trainings.
If you need to drive, we recommend finding a parking spot just west of The Pine Inn (towards the ocean), you’ll find about 3 blocks of all day parking on Ocean Ave.
We want to make this training fun, memorable and impactful.
